Blast Room – For large objects

For items too large to be processed in our hand cabinets or automatic blast machines we offer two blast room facilities  The rooms are located in two separate units to avoid any cross contamination between ferrous and non-ferrous products.

Our room caters for non-ferrous abrasives to high quality standards using Aluminium Oxide or Glass Bead. We are able to offer various grades upon customer request to achieve the finish required. Due to our comprehensive application knowledge and our ability to achieve a consistent uniform finish we are well renowned within the stainless steel and aluminium sectors.

The second room provides a blasting service on ferrous materials using our own unique mix of grit medias and ball shot. With its fast removal rate it is perfect for the elimination of paint, rust, foundry sand and mill scale. It is also leaves the product with a key ideal for painting or powder coating.
